Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Stikrr app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Stikrr lets you create stickers from photos, import stickers from TikTok, organize them into packs, share them with the Discovery community, and export them to WhatsApp.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account): removal of your profile, content and associated data is completed within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Alternatively you can write to angelprs.dev@icloud.com.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Plans: Free (limited: 3 packs, 10 stickers per pack, 15 TikTok downloads per day, +3 bonus downloads for each rewarded ad watched voluntarily) and Pro (limits removed and no ads).
• Billing: Pro subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store. The charge is applied to your Apple account upon confirmation.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires.
• Management: you can manage or cancel your subscription via iOS Settings → App Store → Subscriptions, or in the app under Profile → Manage Subscription.
• Refunds: handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
• Pricing: shown in-app before each purchase; may vary by territory/currency.
• Apple EULA: use of the App Store's paid features is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. User content

• You remain the owner of your stickers and packs.
• You grant Stikrr a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute the content you make public in Discovery.
• You can make any of your content private or delete it at any time.
• Publishing illegal, offensive, pornographic, violent content, content infringing third-party rights or promoting hatred or discrimination is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including based on community reports.

6. Moderation

We apply automatic filters (on-device classification), review upon reporting (content auto-hidden after 3 reports) and allow blocking users. NSFW content detected by our filters is automatically made private.

7. Permitted use

• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits or access other users' data without authorization.
• Do not use the Service for spam, unauthorized automated scraping or illegal activities.
• Do not remove or alter intellectual property notices.

8. Intellectual property

The Stikrr brand, design, code and original content are owned by Stikrr. TikTok and WhatsApp trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the integration.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stikrr is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
